I earned my NC Real Estate Broker's license in 1979 and my NC Notary Public Commission in 1981. By virtue of my real estate experience, I am very familiar with most all of the various real estate loan documents and, since 1999, in addition to my Real Estate Broker's business, I have been a traveling Notary.
When this concept was quite new, I did not do many signings, about 50-75 each year for the first several years... I am now signing about 300-400 a year. I can provide references.

I have been a mobile notary since 2017. I started in Ohio after being a Licensed Mortgage Broker for six years. From 2017 I was a signing agent in Florida. In 2010, I moved to Ohio and have been a Notary Signing agent and Mobile Notary since 2013. I have completed over 1800 mortgage signings during that time.
