I earned my NC Real Estate Broker's license in 1979 and my NC Notary Public Commission in 1981. By virtue of my real estate experience, I am very familiar with most all of the various real estate loan documents and, since 1999, in addition to my Real Estate Broker's business, I have been a traveling Notary.
